系统探讨中医时间医学理论在乳腺癌“预防-筛查-诊断-治疗-康复”全周期中的应用。从乳腺癌发病与日节律、月节律、年节律异常的关联，阐明时间因素通过调控脏腑功能、激素水平、免疫状态及生物钟基因，影响乳腺癌发生发展的机制，并从日节律指导下的时辰治疗、月节律指导下的周期防治、年节律指导下的预防与调护的不同层面提出中医时间医学在乳腺癌防治中的具体应用策略，旨在从中医时间医学角度深化对乳腺癌发病的认识，为临床实践提供新思路。
Abstract：This paper systematically explores the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) chronomedicine throughout the full continuum of breast cancer care, including prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. By examining the associations between breast cancer pathogenesis and disruptions in circadian, monthly, and annual rhythms, it elucidates the mechanisms by which temporal factors influence the occurrence and progression of breast cancer through the regulation of zang-fu functions, hormonal levels, immune status, and clock-related genes. From multiple dimensions, including time-specific therapy guided by circadian rhythms, cyclical prevention and treatment guided by monthly rhythms, and preventive regulation and health maintenance guided by annual rhythms, this paper proposes specific chronomedicine-based strategies for breast cancer prevention and management. The aim is to deepen the understanding of breast cancer pathogenesis from a TCM chronomedicine perspective and to provide novel insights for clinical practice.
