目的探讨益气化痰、通脉祛瘀法及其组方养心通脉片治疗血脂异常的疗效。方法将68例血脂异常(痰瘀互结证)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组口服养心通脉片,对照组口服绞股蓝总甙片,疗程均为1个月。对两组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)作治疗前后动态观察,并进行疗效判定。结果治疗组32例中临床控制2例,显效18例,有效10例,无效2例,加重0例,总有效率93.75%;对照组21例中临床控制1例,显效9例,有效8例,无效3例,加重0例,总有效率85.71%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均可显著降低血清TC、LDL-C和升高HDL-C(P<0.05或P<0.01),两组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组还可明显降低血清TG(P<0.05)。结论养心通脉片能有效调节血脂水平,益气化痰、通脉祛瘀法是治疗脂质代谢紊乱的有效方法。

Objective To discuss the effect of Yangxin Tongmai Tablets (Herbal tablet for nourishing the heart and relieving stasis) on the principle of reinforcing qi,dissolving phlegm,removing obstruction and dissolving stasis for dyslipidemia patients. Methods Sixty-eight dyslipidemia patients with phlegm combining with blood stasis syndrome were randomized into treated group and control group. The treated group was administered Yangxin Tongmai Tablets,while the control group was prescribed Jiaogulan Zongdai Pian (Gynostemma pentaphyllum total glucoside tablet) for oral taking. The course of treatment was of one month. Before and after treatment,changes in total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results Of the 32 patients in the treated group,there were 2 patients clinically controlled,18 patients remarkably effective,10 patients effective,2 patients ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.75%. Of the 21 patients in the control group,there was 1 patient clinically controlled,9 patients remarkably effective,8 patients effective,3 patients ineffective,and the total effective rate was 85.71%. The total effective rate of both groups was not statistically different (P>0.05). In both groups,the TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased while the HDL-C increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). After treatment,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05),but there was still a significant decrease of TG in the treated group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yangxin Tongmai Tablets is effective in regulating the level of blood lipid,and the principle of reinforcing qi,dissolving phlegm,removing obstrction and dissolving stasis is an effective treatment for lipid metabolism disorders.
