总结许润三教授运用虫类药治疗妇科疾病的临证经验。认为妇科疾病多与虚、瘀相关，虫类药为血肉有情之品，性喜攻逐走窜，功善祛瘀。临证常用水蛭、土鳖虫、地龙、全蝎、蜈蚣、虻虫、乌梢蛇、海螵蛸、牡蛎等治疗妇科疾病如慢性盆腔疼痛、月经病、输卵管阻塞性不孕，并于自拟经验方通络煎、慢炎宁中应用虫类药，临床疗效较好。

This paper summarized professor XU Runsan's clinical experience in using insect-derived medicinal herbs for the treatment of gynecological diseases. IT is believed that gynecological disorders are often related to deficiency and stasis. Insect-derived medicinal herbs, being intimately connected to blood and flesh, and possessing a natrual affinity for these vital elemenents, can attack, move, disperse, and are particularly effective at removing blood stasis. Clinically, insect-derived medicinals such as shuizhi(Hirudo), tubiechong(Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga), dilong(Pheretima), quanxie(Scorpio), wugong(Scolopendra), muchong(Tabanus), wushaoshe(Zaocys), haipiaoshao(Endoconcha Sepiae), and muli(Concha Ostreae) are commonly used to treat gynecological diseases, including chronic pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, and tubal obstruction infertility. Professor XU has also used self-developed prescriptions, such as Tongluo Decoction(通络煎) and Man Yan Ning(慢炎宁), incorporating insect-derived herbs, obtained good clinical effect.
