根据目前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控和救治工作情况,结合蒲辅周先生经验,总结此次疫情为"寒湿疫",其治疗必须善用麻黄剂;认为国家卫生健康委员会和国家中医药管理局推荐在中西医结合救治新型冠状病毒肺炎中使用"清肺排毒汤"非常正确和及时,该方实为张仲景相关经方的融合创新运用,可为疫情防控和临床救治发挥重要作用。
Abstract：According to current work on prevention and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), combined with medical experience of Mr. PU Fuzhou, the pestilence is summarized as cold-dampness pestilence, and prescriptions(Radix Ephedrae) must be technically used in the treatment. It is believed that the use of Qingfei Paidu Decoction(清肺排毒汤) in the treatment of COVID-19 with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine recommended by National Health Commission and National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine is very correct and timely. This decoction is fusion, innovation and application of ZHANG Zhongjing′s related classical prescriptions and can be used for epidemic prevention and control, as well as clinical treatment.
