基于中医理论与现代生命科学的“手-体相关”机制探讨

摘要:

手不仅具有感觉和运动功能,还能通过参与神经内分泌免疫调节进而调控整个机体。中医外治法中针刺、艾灸、刺血、推拿等均可通过刺激手部特定部位从而达到治疗效果。从传统中医学与现代生命科学视角,基于中医理论、中医临床实践、神经内分泌免疫调节机制等方面探讨通过手部刺激激活局部微环境改变,进而参与神经内分泌免疫调节,最终实现机体调控的作用途径和相关机制,为中医临床实践提供参考。

Abstract:

The hand not only has sensory and motor functions, but also regulates the body by participating in neuroendocrine and immune regulation. In traditional Chinese external treatment methods such as acupuncture, moxibustion, bloodpricking, and massage all achieve therapeutic effects by stimulating specific parts of the hand. From the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine and modern life sciences, this paper explored the pathways and regulatory mechanisms of hand stimulation in activating local microenvironment changes encompassing aspects of traditional Chinese medicine theory, clinical practice, and neuroendocrine-immune regulatory mechanisms, thereby participating in neuroendocrine immune regulation and ultimately achieving body regulation, with the aim of providing references for clinical practice in traditional Chinese medicine.
