肠道微生态与多种疾病的发生和治疗有关,从肠道微生态的角度研究肥胖、炎症性肠病、功能性胃肠病、代谢综合征、肝硬化等疾病,可为其诊治方法及发病机制研究提供新的思路。证候表型研究是中医学术研究的核心内容,证候客观化研究一直难以取得突破。认为证候表型如脾虚证、湿热证的发生存在着肠道微生态的失调,采用相应的治法如健脾、清热化湿等治疗后,在证候得到改善的同时肠道微生态亦得到恢复。提出从肠道微生态的角度研究脾虚证、湿热证与其相关性,对于深化证候生物学基础研究及揭示辨证论治的科学内涵具有重要意义。
Abstract:Intestinal tract micro ecology relates to the occurrence and treatment of a variety of diseases. Research of obesity,inflammatory bowel disease,functional gastrointestinal disorder,metabolic syndrome and liver cirrhosis from the aspect of intestinal tract micro ecology may provide new ideas for diagnosing and treating methods,as well as pathogenesis study. Syndrome phenomics study is the core content of Chinese medicine academic research. It is difficult to make a breakthrough in objectification research. The authors think that the occurrence of syndrome phenomics,such as spleen deficiency syndrome and dampness-heat syndrome,show the imbalance in intestinal tract micro ecology. After therapy adopting the corresponding treatment methods,such as invigorating spleen,clearing heat and eliminating dampness,the syndrome could be improved. Meanwhile,intestinal tract micro ecology could also be recovered. The authors put forward that researching the correlation between spleen deficiency syndrome,dampness-heat syndrome and intestinal tract micro ecology are significant for deepening basic research in syndrome biology and revealing the scientific connotation of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
