提出大健康的核心思想和中心内容是以人类的生存、健康、长寿为宗旨、以"自然-生物-人体-社会-思维大健康模式"为核心、以大健康产业为根基。其宗旨蕴含大健康属于全人类、高质量生存、高水平健康、高标准长寿四方面含义;其核心具体指从自然科学、生物科学、人体科学、社会科学、思维科学不同角度研究人类的生存、健康和长寿,建立"自然-生物-人体-社会-思维大健康模式";而大健康产业则通过物化的产品直接为广大民众的生存、健康、长寿服务,并成为国家经济建设的重要支柱之一。

The author puts forward that the core ideas and central content of great health is taking human beings' living,health and longevity as the aim,taking nature-biology-human body-society-thinking great health model as the core and taking great health industry as the basis. The aim includes four aspects of meanings: great health belonged to all human beings,high quality of living,high level of health,and high standard of longevity. The core exactly means studying human beings' living,health and longevity from the different aspects of natural science,bioscience,body science,social science and noetic science and building nature-biology-human body-society-thinking great health model.Great health industry is to serve living,health and longevity of general public directly by materialized products and becomes one of the important pillars of the national economic construction.
