总结赵继福教授运用解毒散结法治疗肿瘤的临证经验。认为毒邪胶结是肿瘤的关键病机,总结出解毒散结四法,针对肿瘤郁热内盛病机,治以清热解毒散结法,常用自拟清热散结祛郁汤;针对肿瘤湿毒蕴结病机,治以除湿解毒散结法,常用自拟除湿解毒散结方;针对肿瘤热毒搏结、血败肉腐成痈病机,治以消痈解毒散结法,常用内疏黄连汤加减;针对肿瘤气阴两虚病机,治以滋阴解毒散结法,常用自拟术后气阴两虚方。
Abstract:This paper summarized the clinical experiences of professor ZHAO Jifu in treating tumor diseases with the method of resolving toxins and dissipating masses. Professor ZHAO believes that "binding toxin pathogen" is the fundamental pathogenic mechanisms underlying tumor development. Correspondingly, he developed four methods of resolving toxins and dissipating masses. For tumors with the pathogenic mechanism of excessive heat and internal constraint, the treatment is to clear heat, resolve toxin, and dissipate masses, commonly using Qingre Sanjie Quyu Decoction (清热散结祛郁汤). For tumors with pathogenic mechanism of dampness and toxins accumulating, it is suggested to eliminate dampness, resolve toxin, and dissipate masses, commonly using Chushi Jiedu Sanjie Formula (湿解毒散结方). For tumors with contention and binding between heat and toxins, and vanquished blood and putrid flesh leading to abscess, the method of eliminating abscesses, resolving toxins, and dissipating masses is suggested, and Neishu Huanglian Decoction (内疏黄连汤) with modifications is commonly used. For tumors with deficiency in both qi and yin, the treatment is to nourish yin, resolve toxin, and dissipate masses, commonly using postoperative Qiyin Liangxyu Formula (气阴两虚方).
