总结王晞星教授从情志论治癌痛的临证经验。认为情志内伤、气血失和是癌痛的关键病机，治疗主张以调和情志为原则，常用疏肝法。将癌痛分为枢机不利、肝郁脾虚、胆火痰扰、心脾两虚四种证型，分别拟定柴胡理气汤以和解少阳，逍遥疏肝汤以疏肝健脾，柴胡清胆汤以清胆化痰、疏肝理气，归脾龙牡汤以健脾养心、疏肝安神，为癌痛临床治疗提供思路。

This paper aims to summarize WANG Xixing's clinical experience in treating cancer pain from the perspective of emotions. It is believed that internal impairment due to emotional disturbance and disharmony between qi and blood are the key pathogeneses of cancer pain. In treatment, the principle of regulating emotions is advocated, and the method of soothing liver is commonly used. Cancer pain could be classified into four syndrome types, including dysfunction of the pivot mechanism, liver stagnation with spleen deficiency, gallbladder fire with harassing phlegm, and deficiency of both heart and spleen. Corresponding prescriptions are formulated respectively: Chaihu Liqi Decoction （柴胡理气汤） to harmonize shaoyang meridian; Xiaoyao Shugan Decoction （逍遥疏肝汤） to soothe liver and invigorate spleen; Chaihu Qingdan Decoction （柴胡清胆汤） to clear gallbladder fire, resolve phlegm, soothe liver and regulate qi; Guipi Longmu Decoction （归脾龙牡汤） to invigorate spleen, nourish heart, soothe liver and calm mind. These experience provide insights for the clinical treatment of cancer pain.
