新质生产力背景下中医药拔尖创新人才培养的实践路径

摘要:

中医药拔尖创新人才是发展中医药新质生产力的核心引擎,是提升中医药核心竞争力的战略资源。当前部分中医药院校已开展长学制拔尖创新人才培养试点,但仍面临课程体系整合不足、科教协同深度不够、师资队伍结构单一、实践育人效果不显以及评价体系导向偏差等制约发展的问题,导致人才培养质量与行业发展需求间存在明显差距。基于新质生产力对拔尖人才知识、能力与素质结构的新要求,应系统推进中医药拔尖人才培养改革,通过构建融合交叉课程体系、建立科教协同育人机制、强化复合型师资建设、搭建问题导向实践体系、完善动态多维评价体系的实践路径,着力培养具有守正创新根基、跨界融合能力与全球视野的高素质创新人才,为发展中医药新质生产力提供人才支撑。

Abstract:

Top innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) serve as the core engine for developing new-quality productive forces in TCM and represent a strategic resource for enhancing its core competitiveness. Currently, some TCM institutions have launched pilot programs for cultivating top innovative talents through extended academic systems. However, five major bottlenecks persist, including insufficient integration of the curriculum system, inadequate depth in the coordination of science and education, a homogeneous faculty structure, lack of efficacy in practical education, and a biased-oriented evaluation system. These issues have resulted in a significant gap between the quality of talent cultivation and the demands of industry development. In response to the reconfigured knowledge, competency, and attribute framework demanded by new-quality productive forces, it is essential to systemically advance the reform in cultivating top innovative talents in TCM by constructing an interdisciplinary and integrated curriculum, establishing a collaborative science-education cultivation mechanism, strengthening interdisciplinary faculty development, establishing a problem-oriented practice system, and refining a dynamic, multi-dimensional evaluation system. These reforms aim to cultivate high-quality innovative talents who are firmly grounded in heritage and innovation of TCM, equipped with cross-disciplinary integration capabilities, and a global vision, thereby providing robust, highlevel talent support for development of new quality productive forces in TCM.
