从限食疗法改善脾主散精功能探讨2型糖尿病的防治

摘要:

改变生活方式可防治2型糖尿病的发生发展已成为当前共识,以热量限制、减轻体重为手段的限食疗法是其中重要组成部分。认为胰岛功能是脾主散精的微观机制,而脾失精散是2型糖尿病的主要病机。限食疗法能改善糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢,减轻胰岛素抵抗、保护胰岛细胞功能,刺激胰岛细胞的重编程,分化产生更多能够分泌胰岛素的胰岛β细胞;减少食物摄取,减轻胃肠负担,可恢复脾的运化功能,减轻浊毒凝聚,在2型糖尿病的防治中发挥重要作用。
