中医杂志

个案报告是传统中医学经典文献的重要组成部分,也是现代中医学术期刊中常见的文体。中医个案报告能真实、生动地反映中医诊疗的实际情况与特色,在中医药领域的应用非常广泛,对中医学理论和临床经验的传承与发展有着重要意义。通过对中医个案报告的历史源流与现状的梳理,认为目前中医学术期刊个案报告类论文存在未充分认识中医个案报告的重要性、选题未体现中医特色与优势、诊疗方法记述不完整、临床疗效的判定缺少客观依据及准确描述、缺乏在病例记述基础上的理论总结与升华等主要问题,此外还存在书写文体混乱的问题。基于对目前中医个案报告中问题的分析,提出应结合中医药学科发展的内在需求与中医学术期刊论文的自身特点,制定中医个案报告标准,以提升中医个案报告质量、促进中医药学术发展。

Case report is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine classical literature,which is also a common style of modern Chinese medicine academic journals. As Chinese medicine case report could truly and vividly reflect actual situation and characteristics of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,it is widely applied in Chinese medicine field. Case report is of great significance to inherit and develop Chinese medicine theories and clinical experience. By summarizing the historical origin and current situation of Chinese medicine case reports,the authors think that there are some major problems presenting in case reports of Chinese medicine academic journals,such as insufficient understanding of the importance of Chinese medicine case report,the selected topic not reflecting the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine,incomplete records of diagnosis and treatment methods,lack of objective basis and accurate description on evaluating clinical effect,lack of theoretical summary and sublimation on the basis of case records,etc. Moreover,there is a problem of writing style chaos. Based on the analysis of the problems in present Chinese medicine case reports,the authors propose that combining the internal requirements of Chinese medicine development and papers' own characteristics of Chinese medicine technical journals,appropriate standards of Chinese medicine case reports should be made to improve quality of case reports and to promote Chinese medicine academic development.
