从髓论“肺肠相合”On the “Pulmonary and Intestinal Integration” from the Medulla

摘要(Abstract):
中医学认为髓是重要的精微物质之一,通过对髓的生成途径和相应生理功能的分析发现,髓与中医藏象学说中的肺肠相合理论关系密切。在髓的生成方面,肺肠的津液输布功能在其中起了关键作用,而在生理功能方面,髓可能与生血和抵御邪气相关。近年研究表明,肺与肠道菌群之间确实存在关联性,并将其联系机制称为"肺肠轴",而随着研究的深入,证实骨髓在造血和免疫方面与肺和肠道菌群之间存在联系。
