大黄素和大黄多糖对铜负荷模型大鼠脂质过氧化的影响Effect of Emodin and Rheum Tanguticum Polysaccharide on Lipid Peroxidation in Copper-Overloaded Rats

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨大黄素(EMD)和大黄多糖(RTP)对铜负荷模型鼠体内脂质过氧化以及肝功能的影响。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和给药组,每组20只,以铜负荷饮食法造模8周,造模第4周后给药组给予EMD、RTP各200mg/(kg·d)灌胃,对照组和模型组给予等量生理盐水,各组共灌胃4周。观察各组大鼠血清和肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平和肝功能指标的变化。结果与对照组比较,模型组血清和肝组织中MDA水平显著升高,SOD、GSH-Px水平显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);模型组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和总胆红素(TBiL)水平较对照组显著升高,白蛋白(ALB)水平显著下降(P<0.01)。给药组较模型组血清和肝组织中MDA水平显著下降,SOD、GSH-Px水平显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);给药组ALT、AST和TBiL水平较模型组显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)、ALB水平无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论 EMD联合RTP能抑制铜负荷模型鼠体内脂质过氧化,改善其肝功能水平。
